We're having an issue with Elementor not loading on the front-end. This prevents us from updating the website or other elements. We've identified the source of the problem as the Neuron-core plugin, which we need to deactivate.
We found the following error message in the hosting log:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class "ElementorScheme_Typography" not found in /var/www/vhosts/carmeteatre.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/neuron-core-kyoto/includes/widgets/countdown.php:418
We've tried updating both the theme and the plugin to their latest versions. However, the Envato plugin only updates the theme to version 1.2.3, while the Neuron-core plugin remains at version 1.0.0. We've also followed your suggestion for other users with similar issues by deleting and reinstalling the plugin through the WordPress dashboard, but the problem persists.
Using Elementor is crucial for us, particularly for managing the mobile menu button. We're experiencing a padding or column issue that prevents the menu items from displaying correctly. Unfortunately, we can't access Elementor's options to diagnose the problem due to the current issue.
We've attached an image that illustrates the problem.
So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It's already included in the theme.
Yes, everything works fine right now. I also could check the issue with the menu in mobile view, and could get a solution for it. We will be changing the website in a few months, keeping the theme, but with some major changes to the design after the theatre finishes the actual season.
I've just fixed the menu issue by dividing the header section into two columns, and adding the logo in one, and the menu in the other, can you please take a look at your site now?
Yes, I tried that approach too, going to two columns and get the image and the menu in each other, but then again, instead of going 100% witdth of the mobile device, it only gets till the max width of the column. I don't understand why, as the dropdown of the menu is stretched to full width.
Also, I tried to replace the Neuron Nav Menu by the Elementor Pro Menu, and then the full width worked, but the Neuron Menu is the one I liked in the design... so I got back and worked with the margins to get the desired position.
But now, I kept your work and only changed the columns % to 30/70, and so the menu dropdown gets to 70% of the screen and so the menu items are wide enough.
Don't you mind for any further changes, as I pretend to change the header in the near future, and now, with your help, it looks very well. I appreciate very much the help and the support.
I'm having this same problem as well. I can't use Elementor without my website displaying 'critical error' while the Neuron plugin is installed. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the neuron plugin but the same thing persists. I can't edit my website without the Elementor Plugin. Please help!
Thanks for the quick reply! The Neuron Core plugin loads with Elementor, but the Neuron builder doesn't show up when editing the page. When my Neuron Builder plugin is activated it's causing my website to crash, perhaps I need an older version of the Neuron Builder plugin as it's the v.1.0.8.6. The Theme i'm using is 'Floona', not sure if this makes a difference as well?
Sorry for the misunderstanding, I thought that you were using the Kyoto theme as well.
The Neuron Core plugin is a core plugin for the Kyoto theme and not the Floona theme, so you don't need to install the Neuron Core plugin, as the Floona theme uses the Neuron Builder plugin.
Can you please create a new ticket and provide us with the URL of your site so we can check the issue?
My subscription ended recently so i'm not able to start a new ticket. Is there a way around it? Since it seems like it was the new update that caused this issue for me. Thanks!

Hi,
Please make sure that you're running the latest version of the Kyoto theme and Neuron Core plugin.
You can update the theme directly on your dashboard, via the plugin below:
So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It's already included in the theme.
Feel free to ask for anything you need.
Kind Regards
Hi,
yes, that's what I did and that's what is not working. I installed the envato plugin, but the update only does it to 1.2.3.
And I also deleted the Neuron Core plugin, twice, and the version is always the same: 1.0.0
That's why I opened the ticket.
Please I need help with this point, as I don't understand why it doesn't update to last version.
Hi Pedro,
I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.
Can you please provide me with your wp-admin, I will have a quick look to see what's going on.
Feel free to ask for anything you need.
Kind Regards

You are welcome anytime, feel free to ask for anything you need
If you want, I can take another look at it and solve it, as it seems that there's an issue with the menu width calculation.
