BUT, as you can see in the picture, I need to enable the Neuron Builder License Verfication through Envato, so the verification will unlock various features of the theme.
I don't know where I need to do this... Because for now, everything is stuck.

Hi Henaff,
The Neuron Core is a core plugin for the Bifrost theme and not the Akko theme, you shouldn't install it.
You need to install the Neuron Builder plugin which is a core plugin for the Akko theme.
I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
