I get this error: "Download failed. cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate" when trying to install Neuron Builder plugin. In theme setup this error is not even notified, but when in plugins I get the warning.
It might be an issue with a local https install, but is there any way I can retrieve the plugin from an external .zip ?
NOTE: Same happens with Revolution slider plugin. Elementor, on the other hand, installed correctly.

Solved by following the link to the local .zip files, downloading them to Downloads and extracting them to the plugins folder.
Worth taking a look at it though because not evident for any user, and might be difficult for less experienced user to install them like this.
I am using latest version of Flywheel Local on a Windows 11 environment.
