You need to install the Elementor plugin also, so please install it by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins, or by going to Dashboard > Plugin > Add New and searching for Elementor plugin.
From the attached screenshot, I can see that you also have an outdated version of the Trenton plugin, so please find the latest version below.
I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.

Import Theme.zip
Import CHILD Theme.zip
But there were no Plugin automatic installation
And I import Plugin neuron-builder.zip
Put di purchase code
BUT I don't have the dashborad Nauron set and I can't work
Can you help me?
