We made the purchase of the Otivar theme and from the beginning there have been difficulties to install it in WordPress because the files were not recognized. For this reason we decided to upload the theme by FPT: the .zip "theme" was uploaded in the folder "theme" and the .zip "plugin" in the folder "plugin" as indicated on the forum.
However, when activating the "neuron-builder" plugin, we get a "fatal error" message (screenshot attached). I request support to use the theme and solve this error because the purchase was made and I have not been able to enjoy the product I bought.

I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
