1) That's because all of the Otello demo pages are grouped in the Main Demo that you've already imported, so now all the demo pages are imported, and you can find them by going to Dashboard > Pages.
2) Make sure you are using a font that supports Vietnamese characters. Many popular fonts like Arial, Times New Roman, Roboto, and Open Sans support Vietnamese characters.
