    When i click on the sub menu pages such as motion etc, it just take me to a blank white page.

    Please make sure that you're running the latest version of the Dendrite theme.

    Please go to the Page Heading widget that you've added on the page, then go to the Design Options tab and there you can add some margin bottom.
