    Dear support team,

    I am reaching out to report an issue I am experiencing with the "AIO Software & Technology Theme" template. I have noticed that the desktop version of the site displays correctly; however, when viewing the page on the mobile version, the menu does not appear, making navigation difficult for users accessing the site from mobile devices.

    Additional Details: Template Name: "AIO Software & Technology Theme" Affected Site URL: https://urielhurtado.com Screenshots: I have attached screenshots showing the issue on the mobile version. Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

    Access the site from a mobile device. Observe that the menu does not appear in the mobile version. Impact on User Experience: This issue is negatively impacting the user experience as it hinders the navigation and accessibility of the website for those visiting from mobile devices.


    Note: We have performed multiple installations, completely removing and re-installing, but the result is the same: the menu does not appear on mobile devices.

    I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and any assistance you can provide to resolve this issue.

    This template contains too much custom CSS. It's all very manual. It's not to our liking. We could solve the menu problem ourselves from the CSS, but that's not the idea. This is one of the most expensive templates found on ThemeForest. We are not comfortable with this template. We kindly request a refund for the purchase. Thank you very much.

    Hi,

    It seems that the demo wasn't imported correctly, can I reset your site and re-import the demo data, but notice that after the reset, everything will be deleted.

    Is there any page that you've created that you don't want to lose because after the reset everything will be deleted? If you have any, please attach the URL here so I can save it on my device and then import it also.

    We have deleted and created the same site several times. We have installed the AIO template several times and have faithfully followed the installation instructions... in all cases, the template does not work properly.

    We have already wasted too much time on this.

    Please, we kindly request a refund for the purchase.

    Yes, I definitely want to cancel this purchase. It seems that the money refund process had already been initiated, as shown in the screenshot I am attaching.

    Please, kindly confirm to me on which date the money will be refunded and what would be the method.
