I have already download the theme i installed it but i can't locate the templates in order to start editing the website. I follow the instructions but still the demo doesn't shown up. I tried to reinstall it based on the requirements the theme has but nothing.
Could you please help me with the issue.
*please check the ss. There aren't demos in the demo importer.

After you install the theme and its plugin (Neuron Builder), you need to activate the license of the Neuron Builder plugin, you can do it by going to Dashboard > Neuron > License.
Can you please take a look at the following video tutorial on how to activate the License?
After you activate the license, you can import the pre-made demo pages by going to Dashboard > Neuron > Demo Importer, and import the Main Demo that you'll see there.
It seems that the demo wasn't imported correctly, can I reset your site and re-import the demo data, but notice that after the reset, everything will be deleted.
Is there any page that you've created that you don't want to lose because after the reset everything will be deleted? If you have any, please attach the URL here so I can save it on my device and then import it also.

Yes you can reset your site and re-import the demo data. I have backup on my desktop and alos wayback machine.
