I've just changed the menu by going to the homepage, hovering at Edit with Elementor button, and then opening the header template that appeared, then going to the second section of the template > nav menu, and changing the menu to the one you've created.
In the theme you can either use the header that comes as default where you can upload the logo from Customizer and manage it from there or via Elementor where you can create headers and assign them to different pages, so please hover onto button Edit with Elementor and see if there appears a header template. https://prnt.sc/ppaaad
Click onto the template and the editor for that template will be opened where you can easily edit it.
Some page seems to have the header set manually, so I've just set the header settings to be inherited to these pages, for example on the homepage, and now the "Soulfire Header" that you've added at Customize > Header > Layout > Template, is appearing on the homepage.
The "Inherit" option, means it will get the settings from the theme options (Appearance > Customize).
