I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.
You can do it by going to the site where you currently have the license, going to Dashboard > Neuron > License removing the license from the field clicking on the Save Changes button, and then reloading the page to see if it's deactivated. After that, you can add that license token to the new site.
