i can’t change one of my pages url without my website going crazy.
I can’t to change my page from coeurdeciel/Coeur-Deciel-portfolio to coeurdeciel/portfolio but something isn’t working and when I change the url, the all page is crashing down. Can you please help me?
I've just created an archive template with the design you had for your portfolio page, then assigned that template to the portfolio page, after that I changed the URL and now it displays the content as it was before, can you please take a look at it?
Please go to the portfolio page > hover at the Edit with Elementor button and click on the Portfolio Archive template and edit it, the changes will be applied to the portfolio page.

1) I've just changed the permalink name to "portfolio-page" until we take a look at the issue, so can you please keep it like that for now, you can add anything you want to it, it just needs to have something after "portfolio".
2) This can be caused by a plugin, can you please go and deactivate all of the plugins besides those that are required by the theme and check if the issue is gone, if so, then activate them one by one until the issue is back, this will help you to find which plugin is causing this issue.
I deactivated all plugins. Nothing has changed I still can’t see my pictures (which is really annoying as those illustrations are the reason why I bought a website in the first place).
Could you please take a look at it? It’s been more than a week already…
Don't really know what happened, but I just deactivated all plugins and activated them again, and the issue got fixed itself, have you changed anything recently as I was working on your site?
I'm sorry for the late reply, I had to take some days off due to personal reasons.
I can confirm that the update is going to be released today or tomorrow morning, that will solve the issue, so I'll let you know as soon as the update is out.
We've done a lot of research and tried to fix that issue, but it seems that the issue is not coming from our side, the issue has to do with the Additional Custom Breakpoints, so as soon as we deactivate the feature the issue is gone (https://prnt.sc/D0OVLtOhhNzM), if possible to keep as this for now, we'll surely try to fix this in the future and we'll check if the Elementor side is going to release anything about this.
