    Hello,

    We need the website to be translated into Spanish and English and we have used the WPML plugin to translate it and we have the following problem: 
    When configuring the plugin, it translates all the necessary elements but when it comes to including it in the PC and mobile menu, the menu and footer disappear, having to use a backup copy from the previous day so that the website was correct again.

    Good morning, we have logged in with that user from different computers and we have been able to log in without problems. We have looked at the server and it does not have any blocked IP. I'll give you my username and password to see if you can enter.

    I see that you currently have the WPML plugins deactivated, can you please activate them, do they break any other parts of the website, I didn't activate them myself as I don't know if you're currently working on it.

    Perfect, we have spoken with the client and we are going to put the website under maintenance from next Monday, November 20 at 8:00 am until Wednesday, November 22 at 8:00 am. Would it be possible to watch it in this time frame?

    Hi,

    I see that you're using an older version of the Neuron Builder plugin (1.0.7.0), so can you please update it to the latest version (1.0.7.8)? 

    I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
