It seems that the following plugin "AdWords Conversion Tracking Code", is incompatible with the theme as it is not letting us edit the popup template, is this plugin required for your site, can you find any other plugin with a similar function?
I've deactivated "AdWords Conversion Tracking Code" plugin. So the problem in the first ticket concerning Mobile menu was Dropdown problems:
When I click on dropdown item it opens and display only 6 last items from the list and hide all the upper items, when I try to scroll up it doesn't work, just refreshes the page.
On horizontal view Mobile Menu shows only 4 last items and hide the upper items.
I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.
I would suggest you have only one column and one menu on mobile, right now you have two columns full of content and two menus, so can you please create a menu just for the mobile version by going to Dashboard > Appearance >Menus, and then adding it on the mobile popup, so then you can scroll inside the popup.
This can be caused by a plugin, can you please go and deactivate all of the plugins besides those that are required by the theme and check if the issue is gone, if so, then activate them one by one until the issue is back, this will help you to find which plugin is causing this issue.

But I already have separate menu for mobile and the dropdown item "Послуги" does not work.

Open it on mobile, and click on "Послуги" menu item, it opens just a part of dropdown and unable to scroll it.
