You can change it by installing the "Say what ?" plugin, so when you install it, you have to go to Dashboard > Tools > Text changes and then do it as in the attached screenshot.
You need to add the original string which is "Add To Cart", the text domain is "bifrost" and the replacement string is the new one you want to add.
