I viewed the video but the two places it says I should access the license are not available on my dashboard. I've include a screenshot to show you what I mean. According to the video, this error message may be because I've already activated the license, which is why I am able to submit a help ticket as well. But that still doesn't explain the error message I received from Wordpress that is copied below.
Hello I'm still having issues with the license. I would really like to access the Otello page templates but I'm not able to. Do you have any suggestions. I see another public ticket #3073840 had the same problem as me but I don't see what the resolution was.

I've just deactivated the Envato Market plugin, because when the Envato plugin is activated, it gets priority for license activation, and the options move from Neuron > License to Envato, so now I've just added your token at Dashbaord > Neuron > License and the license is activated.

I recently purchased Otello and attempted to add the theme to my Wordpress site. I received the following error message:
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.
Is this user error or is the stylesheet actually missing?

You should upload only the Otello.zip file, not the whole package of the theme.
