As I saw in your Dashboard, you had the Bifrost and Archzilla theme installed and you had the Bifrost theme activated.
So the license doesn't work, since Neuron Builder is not an add-on for the Bifrost theme and the Bifrost theme doesn't come with a license verification request.
The Bifrost theme uses the Neuron Core plugin, which you can find by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins.
So if you are planning to use the Bifrost theme, I suggest you deactivate the Neuron Builder plugin and activate Neuron Core.
Otherwise, if you plan to use the Archzilla theme, I suggest you deactivate the Neuron Core plugin and activate the Neuron Builder plugin, but this time you also need to activate the Neuron Builder plugin license.
