When I create posts in one of my pages to showcase my portfolio items and want to choose the displayed categories, the categories that I have created do not appear in Elementor / Posts / Query.
Note1 : for my "Posts", I use Post Type : Portfolio, Layout : Isotope, Layout Type : Masonry and Layout Model : Meta Inside.
Note2 : if I import a portfolio page from your demo pages like personal portfolio, then in my page, in the query field in Elementor, I can see the categories of your demopage, but not mine.
I had created portfolio categories, that were only used by portfolio items that I had kept "private" because I am working on my new website and did not want the work in progress pages to be visible. As soon as I turned them visible, I was able to see my categories in the query field of Posts.

I found out what my problem was.
