It seems like an issue within the Neuron Builder plugin, so I've just led this to the dev team, can you please downgrade the Elementor version until the team fixes the issue?
You can do it by going to Dashboard > Elementor > Tools > Version Control.
Elementor has just released an update, that will solve this issue, so please make sure that you're running the latest version of the Elementor plugin which is version 3.16.2.
That can be the main reason why it is not getting updated because you should have an activated license of the Elementor Pro plugin to update it: https://ibb.co/ZB5j0pp
If you want to use the Elementor Pro, then you need to pay for its license, I saw that you have it already installed on your site, have you paid for it?
However, you don't have to purchase the Pro version of Elementor in order to use the Zaragoza theme, the theme comes with the free version of Elementor and the Neuron Builder plugin, so the Neuron Builder plugin adds the Pro features to the Elementor free version.

Elementor is not updating but it looks like my issue was solved.
