I am started to feel so worried. My website keeps crashing and crashing. Can I please get a response to my private ticket: PRIVATE TICKET #3419075 ? I don’t know what to do. I can’t afford to issue tickets all the time which I have since I have been working with this theme. Is it a malfunction? Is it me? I need to know because I don’t have (as an entrepreneur) the luxury of keeping spending (and wasting) time on a website that doesn’t work.
I have to admit I am confused. You said the problem was due to an error from the demo import. I checked: the demo was imported in may. I have had several issues since that time for which your services were contacted multiple times. So it took 4 months for your services to get to the conclusion of a problem with the demo… I have to say, I paid the theme so things would get easy. But they are not.
If the issue is not fixed by the beginning of this week, I would like to get a total refund. It is taking too long and the answers I have differ every time.
I'm sorry for the late reply, I had to take Friday off due to personal reasons, and we weren't working during the weekend, we'll try to cover as much as possible from now on.
I've just fixed some of the pages, but the main reason why it's related to the demo importer, is that when you imported the demo back in May, it wasn't fully imported and some parts went missing that caused the issues, for example, to fix the Our team page, I had to import the team member images one by one again, so that's why I suggested you to reset the site and to make a fresh import, so please let me know if we can proceed with the rest of the site.
