Thank you for the fix on that page. Unfortunately, still quite a lot of the pages from neuron builder that are not working. Here is what I saw having a quick look which means there might be more faulty pages. I do not understand why it keeps crashing. Is it something that I do? Is the theme that I bought faulty? I have to admit, I paid this theme so things would be easier but since I’ve bought it I had to contact you so many time… Is it frequent? What can I do to ease things up? Or what can you do to solve those issues that keep happening?

It seems like an issue within the Neuron Builder plugin, so I've just led this to the dev team, can you please downgrade the Elementor version until the team fixes the issue?
You can do it by going to Dashboard > Elementor > Tools > Version Control.
The problem is that it already wasn't working with the previous version of elementor. It just got worse with it but there is an underlying problem that doesn't seem to have been fixed in the very begining!
It seems that the demo wasn't imported correctly, can I reset your site and re-import the demo data, but notice that after the reset, everything will be deleted.
Is there any page that you've created that you don't want to lose because after the reset everything will be deleted? If you have any, please attach the URL here so I can save it on my device and then import it also.

I have had several issues since that time for which your services were contacted multiple times. So it took 4 months for your services to get to the conclusion of a problem with the demo… I have to say, I paid the theme so things would get easy. But they are not.
If the issue is not fixed by the beginning of this week, I would like to get a total refund. It is taking too long and the answers I have differ every time.
I'm sorry for the late reply, I had to take Friday off due to personal reasons, and we weren't working during the weekend, we'll try to cover as much as possible from now on.
I've just fixed some of the pages, but the main reason why it's related to the demo importer, is that when you imported the demo back in May, it wasn't fully imported and some parts went missing that caused the issues, for example, to fix the Our team page, I had to import the team member images one by one again, so that's why I suggested you to reset the site and to make a fresh import, so please let me know if we can proceed with the rest of the site.
