First, when you install the theme, make sure to install its required plugins, you can find them at Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins, there you can find also the One Click Demo Importer plugin, so when you install and activate the plugins, you can import the demo data by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Import Demo Data.
I'm using Bifröst and I don't get an option to install the demo
