    I still have not heard from anyone on this. I have reached out 5 times! Yes, vacation - saw that but we're being ignored. We want a full refund as requested as this is costing us daily!

    Demo not importing and looks like others are getting their problems fixed. I was warned by another designer not to use your themes.

    I see that we have already responded to your ticket today almost 8 hours ago, We are not ignoring you, rather, we're really trying to help you solve all the issues you're facing.

    If you still want to use the Otello theme, please respond to the other ticket you've created, otherwise, if you're not satisfied with the theme, for sure we can offer you a refund.

    Hi,

    PHP Recommendations

    Memory Size: memory_limit = 256M
Script execution time: max_execution_time = 400
Number of input variables: max_input_vars = 4000

    If you don’t have access to the php.ini file, you can add the following values in your .htaccess file:

    php_value max_execution_time 400
php_value memory_limit 256M
php_value upload_max_filesize 10M

    Be careful using these settings, some hosting companies don’t allow users to change PHP settings, if you experience any problem after making these changes, please revert these in your .htaccess file, using your FTP client.

    I HAVE ENOUGH OF THIS BS! YOU GUYS HAVE PROVIDED NOTHING - NO SUPPORT AND JUST NOT A DAMN THING. YOUR ADVICE IS BOGUSS AND BS. YOUR LATE RESPONSE AND YOUR CORRECTIONS ARE ALL FAILURES JUST LIKE YOUR THEME
