    yes i read that article before, every time i try to sync library i have to do it over the tick doesn't remain, not sure if that's how it remains, but the other thing which is the memory limit, i'm not a coder so i would need assistance in changing the memory limit. Not sure where to do it.. one article said in System info in the elementor tab but the option to change the memory limit is not there.

    Ok i did this and it still isn't loading the templates. Please note that the demo importer is not importing the demo. I watched the video on how to import the demo, but it's not importing. Can this be the reason

    Plus there is only the main demo, that one demo, no other demos.

    We've tried our best to fix this issue, but we're not finding the reason why this is happening, the only reason that I think this is happening is that your host is blocking requests in our host.

    Can you please try it in the Local Server if the library blocks are showing, or on another website? 

    If you need any specific template from our Neuron Library, please let me know so I can send it to you.

    i need all templates, landing page, coming soon, shops, about us, etc, there're no templates in the templates folder...

    Please do the following to test it on the local server:

    1. Install a Local Server: Recommend software like XAMPP, WAMP, or MAMP to create a local server environment on your computer.
    2. Install the theme and plugins on the Local Server.
    3. Make sure you're connected to the Elementor Library.
    4. Check if the Library templates are working.

    I downloaded MAMP but i have no idea how to use it or install plugins. Does the Wordpress plugin have to be installed in order to install the nakaia theme?

    not sure about coding that's why I'm using this method of getting a website. Not getting through with localhost to install wordpress. I'm using tutorials to try to understand what to do. But not getting through.

    I have found Pages tab under Media in the WP-Admin. But i still don't have access to the elementor pages in the templates tab. I'm editing it from this tab. If it's not what I was indeed looking for and i still need assistance then i would need a refund because you only respond to tickets once a day. and I have 2 more days before you go on holiday. And those 2 days is a weekend, which you don't work on. i do not want to miss the refund period if i am having problems.

    And there is only the main demo available. There was supposed to be more demos?

    The wp-admin is no longer working, please check it, the password seems to be incorrect.

    And, as for our holiday, you shouldn't worry about the reply, as we will be able to get back to you, but it can happen once a day or something like that, as we won't be completely off, we will be working part-time to get back to our support system.

    Or, it just worked when I synced the library by going to Dashboard > Elementor > Tools > Sync Library.

    In the Pages section is empty. Only the Block Templates is there.

    Hi Denise,

    Go to Elementor > System Info, and check whether Elementor's Library is connected or not. Go to Elementor > Tools and synchronize the library. Click on “sync library” in the “tools” tab of Elementor in your WordPress dashboard if it is not synced yet.

    As the templates that aren't showing are Elementor Templates, our Neuron templates are displaying all right at Templates > Blocks.
