Hi, I just bought the theme for building up the company website. However, when I imported a demo, there are no photos, pics. Basically, it looks like empty pages. Can I import all the components exactly same as the demo? Thanks for your help
We can import the demo with the images included on your site, however, you do not have the right to use the photos included in the demo because you do not have the author's permission to use them. The reason why we could incorporate the photos inside the demo after the import is simply for aesthetic reasons.
Themes that contain the 'Free images Included' badge in the preview contain images that are allowed to be used by you without the permission of the author.
Can you please provide me with your wp-admin, I will have a quick look to see what's going on.
It seems that the demo wasn't imported correctly, can I reset your site and re-import the demo data, but notice that after the reset, everything will be deleted.
Is there any page that you've created that you don't want to lose because after the reset everything will be deleted? If you have any, please attach the URL here so I can save it on my device and then import it also.
