Hi There,

I purchased and installed Floona but during the setup it fails on the license page with a critical error.

When i go into neuron builder to activate it i get the message :

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

and then when i try to set up the theme i cant find any way of getting started? Could you please help me get the theme up and running.

So as i explained, when click to activate the theme i get the error message, ive attached a screenshot of it below.

If i try the setup wizard i get the other error message (also attached)

Thanks for fixing this  - im really struggling to get the theme to perform how the demo looks on your website, ive upgraded to elementor pro to see if that helps.

All the demo files you installed seem to be full of errors and keep crashing my site. 

What im trying to achieve is a homepage that looks like the metro portfolio with a sidebar menu in the same style as the sidebar home.

when i go into elementor it seems impossible to achieve any of this and none of the portfolio styles look anything like the versions in the live demos on your website.

The demo import page - in your videos there seems to be access to loads of live demos in different styles - ive had to remove the demo pages you installed because they kept crashing my whole site. could you please install these again properly so i can edit them?

Im really running out of patience with trying to get what i want out of this theme - the live demo looks so good but i dont see how i can make the backend work like that.

Thanks for getting this sorted for me - the demo is working much better now.

The issue im now having is i edited the Sidebar Home demo page to be my homepage - was all working fine but now suddenly whenever i try to edit it with elementor it just says this site experienced a critical error. Could you take a look at how to fix this.

Also - how can you set up adobe fonts to be used on my site?

Okay so i think ive fixed the issue - the theme seems to just have some weird caching issues so once i downloaded a manual cache cleaner plugin it has fixed it.

The only issue i have now is there is a stuck neuron builder update that wont complete and keeps bugging my site.
