    Hello team!

    I purchased this theme a few years ago, everything was well but now I don't understand what's happening.

    It seems like the Elementor plugin is not accessible anymore with this template ? 

    Find attached a screen shot, it's the only plugins active. It works only on Pages but with the Safe mode. Impossible to access my portfolio...

    When I deactivate the Neuron Core with another theme it works..

    I have the version 1.2.3 of the theme + Neuron Core 1.0.0

    I tried to upload the new versions via the envato plugin + re upload the plugin Neuron from there but it still doesn't work.

    Please help T_T

    Hi,

    I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.

    I've just updated the Neuron Core plugin on your site and now the Elementor editor loads alright.

    Hi, 

    I am using Kyoto theme version 1.2.0 downloaded from Envanto market which they provided for free few years back.

    Facing same problem of Incompatibility between Elementor and Neuron Core plugin.

    Is there anyway to update the theme version?

    Hi Nailfame,

    Please make sure that you're running the latest version of the Kyoto theme and Neuron Core plugin.

    Kyoto Theme Version 1.2.4
Neuron Core Plugin 1.0.1

    You can update the theme directly on your dashboard, via the plugin below: 

    - https://envato.com/market-plugin/

    So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It's already included in the theme.

    I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Core plugin, please install it.
