I figured this out. There was a bunch of poorly written CSS calling !important to try to do dynamic resizing depending on the page size. I stripped it out and now it doesn't do the weird things anymore

I am working off the default Sierra content in the Merope theme and I've found some weird behavior.
My layout goes all wonky between 1367px - 1280 px wide. Any ideas why this would be?
