    For security reasons I can't give you admin access, but could do video call with a screen-share? If we can arrange a time I can send you a zoom link. Can you send some time options on PST time? (Canada West coast)

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, this is the only way we provide support, just to make sure that the issue is not with the Neuron Builder plugin can you please make sure that you're running the latest version of it which is version 1.0.7.0?

    I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.

    Thanks for sending that. 

    I was able to install Neuron Builder, but the theme installation wizard still results in a critical error (see attached screenshot).

    Apologies, but I can't give admin access to my site so I've requested a refund through Themeforest.

    Thank you for that. I already had to deactivate all plugins to resolve the original critical error (did it through my hosting panel). I still had this error (screenshot from my previous message).

    I appreciate the assurances of prioritizing security, but that doesn't change the fact that I can't grant an unknown developer access to my admin.

    It's not worth it for me to continue to trouble-shoot this. Like I mentioned before I requested a refund through Themeforest. Would appreciate if you could approve that on your end.
