The site is not live yet. I just installed the demo content, but it only allows you to install the main demo, not the other choices that are avilable and the main demo is not what i want. How do you swrich it to one of the other demo contents you have available?
All the Travelosophy theme demo pages are grouped in the Main Demo which you'll see at Dashboard > Neuron > Demo Importer, so you have to import the Main Demo template and it includes all the demo pages.

Yes, I have noticed that because I haven't quite seen a theme like this in all my years of working with WordPress.
Two questions:
1) How do you make the theme you want stick and build upon it as they are all bundled together?
2) With the menu, it's very weird. if you put it in the customise section it appareas on the sticky header menu and if you still need to add it to the page via elementor, so how do you just have one simple menu?
Like I said, this is stuff is generally very easy. Great theme, btw.
I have never encountered a menu quite like this - and I have been building websites for years and it certainly should not take a day for a menu to be done. There is no solid documentation for this theme.
I have attached a screenshot because having gone through the backend quite extensively, I can't figure out why the menu at the top is sticky - you usually have the option to make it sticky or leave it static.
Again, here are two more additional questions

If this cannot be resolved, I will need to get a refund because as I said, what should be a straightforward theme, it's proving problematic on the simplest of elements.
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Travelosophy.
Could this please be rectified as soon as possible? Otherwise, I will have to try and get a refund - how do I do that because even Go Daddy said the theme was triggering errors, so it's not just me?
It hasn't really fixed the issue as I want the homepage to be the metro homepage, not the current one it is - I didn't spend that much money on a theme to have a terrible landing page. Could you please rectify that?
I need to get this done this weekend, and yesterday I just spent the day waiting for a response. This theme is not functioning how it should be. Could we resolve the issues please, otherwise, I'll request a refund and get another theme.
I've just set the Metro demo page as your main home by going to Dashboard > Settings > Reading > Homepage.
About the gap on the header, it is created by the logo, you can see in the attached screenshot that your logo height is large, can you please try to import the logo without the space, or I can ask our designers to remove the space from your logo and then I can add it on your site.
As you can see, everything in the theme is made with Elementor, and it's easily customizable, so you can create any layout you want for the blog posts.
I suggest you look at the following article on how to create a single post template with Neuron Builder.

Hi,
It hasn't really fixed the issue as I want the homepage to be the metro homepage, not the current one it is - I didn't spend that much money on a theme to have a terrible landing page. Could you please rectify that?
And why is there such a large gap between the logo and the menu bar?

Great, thank you. If you could get your designers to remove the space from the logo and then I can add it to the site, that would be fab.
Thanks for all of your help - greatly appreciated.
Also, why is the header sticky? It's not like that on the demo and it makes it harder to see the content.
Hi,
I've just removed the sticky header and added a new version of the logo, please take a look at your site now.
If you like our theme or our support, please leave us a rate of 5 stars at ThemeForest, that would help us a lot.
Kind Regards, NeuronThemes
Thank you so much - it looks great now. I will go in and rate the theme later today.
Hi,
No rush, it's just if you like the theme, the feedback can help us to improve it.
Please let me know if you still need help with anything.

I like it now you have fixed it up. I did have a question about the blogs - are you only able to do the standard blog style?
Hi,

Sorry to be a bother. There's no documentation for the pop-up subscribe. Where would I find that?
Hi,
Here's an article on how to create a subscribe popup.
