1) You can turn it on by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Portfolio > Item > Back Button, and when you turn it on, a field will be displayed where you can add your portfolio page link, so when you click on the button, it will send you to that page.
2) I would suggest you three things about how to increase the speed of your website.
a) Compress images to lower resolutions and smaller image sizes.
I'm so sorry for the late reply, somehow your ticket was marked as sovled.
This can be caused by a plugin, can you please go and deactivate all of the plugins besides those that are required by the theme and check if the issue is gone, if so, then activate them one by one until the issue is back, this will help you to find which plugin is causing this issue.
I would like to display navigation at the bottom of the post like the site I linked below.
But I don't know how.
And the entire site is slow to switch pages. Is there a way to improve the overall speed of the page?

b) Use a cacher(we use w3 total cacher). https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/
- Right after install go to general settings and enable page cache.
c) Install autoptimize to combine all CSS files in one file and all JS files in one file, just like we do in our demo.
Feel free to ask for anything you need.
Kind Regards
Thank you for your response.
We did what you suggested and the site speed has improved.
However, the previous next button at the bottom of the portfolio items is still not working.
Please enable navigation on the portfolio item and add the
I also enabled it on the portfolio item edit screen.
