    PUBLIC TICKET #3349227

I am having trouble to create a proper sidebar for my website. This is what I want

    Categories

    Attribute - Size

    Attribute - Light

    Attribute - Care

    Attribute - Pet-friendly

    Filter by Price

Can you create a recording of the process or step by step guide cause the theme is not working on it's own.

The sidebar I created doesn't look like the one in the theme demo.

    Hi,

I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.

    1. In the WordPress dashboard, go to "Appearance" and then click on "Widgets".
    2. Look for the "Shop Sidebar" widget area and click on it to expand.
    3. Drag and drop the "Product Categories" widget to the "Shop Sidebar" area.
    4. Configure the settings for the "Product Categories" widget according to your preferences. You can choose to show hierarchy, display product counts, and more.
    5. Next, you'll need to create attributes for Size, Light, Care, and Pet-friendly. To do this, go to the WordPress dashboard and navigate to "Products" > "Attributes".
    6. Click on the "Add New" button and create an attribute for Size. Repeat this step for the other attributes: Light, Care, and Pet-friendly.
    7. Once you've created the attributes, you can assign them to your products. Go to "Products" > "All Products" and edit each product.
    8. In the product editor, you'll find a section called "Product Data." Within that section, click on the "Attributes" tab.
    9. Select the attribute you want to assign to the product (e.g., Size) from the drop-down menu, and click on the "Add" button.
    10. Specify the values for the attribute (e.g., Small, Medium, Large) and save the changes.
    11. Repeat steps 10-12 for the other attributes (Light, Care, Pet-friendly) and their respective values.
    12. To enable the "Filter by Price" option, ensure that your products have prices assigned to them.

After following these steps, you should see the Categories widget, along with the attributes (Size, Light, Care, Pet-friendly), and the existing "Filter by Price" option on the shop sidebar of your WooCommerce store.

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind Regards

I did all of that but the sidebar is not looking anywhere like how it is in the demo. Can you check it out. The styling is so much different. Also for the filter by price, I had to use the legacy widget.

There is a lot of margins and padding mis alignment and I don't think the widgets works either cause I checked the html code and it's completely different from mine compared to the demo
