I have re-installed the entire wordpress multiple times and re-installed various other themes as well (most seem to be buggy) but it seems it import the demo just fine. But the demo seems to just be lacking the pages.
Can you please provide me with your wp-admin, I will have a quick look to see what's going on.
It seems that the demo wasn't imported correctly, can I reset your site and re-import the demo data, but notice that after the reset, everything will be deleted.
Is there any page that you've created that you don't want to lose because after the reset everything will be deleted? If you have any, please attach the URL here so I can save it on my device and then import it also.

The template was created using the Slider Revolution plugin; however, it does not automatically link the portfolio items. Therefore, we need to manually set the links. To change the links, please follow these steps:
Go to Dashboard > Slider Revolution > Projects template and open the template in the Slider Revolution Editor.
Inside the editor, you will find the "Slides" tab in the top bar. Click on it to access all the slides of the template.
For each slide, click on the Title and navigate to the Layer Options.
Under Actions, select Simple Link > Link URL and modify it accordingly.

My question however remains the same unless I missed, where can I find a template slide of e.g. such page (https://neuronthemes.com/kaon/tamara/portfolio/rise-up) to add.
