Currently, we are unable to update to PHP versions 8.0, 8.1, or 8.2 due to the incompatibility of your theme/Neuron builder. Whenever an update is attempted, it breaks the site, causing significant disruptions. Please note that our website is currently running on PHP version 7.4. Furthermore, I have ensured that we are using the latest Nueron builder plugin version (1.0.7.0), which was provided to us previously via WeTransfer by your team.
Below, I have outlined the specific issues encountered when attempting to update to PHP 8.0, 8.1, or 8.2:
1. PHP 8.0 Update:
• The project portfolio grid at https://phindile.africa/portfolio/model-portflio/ appears as a blank page, with all the images disappearing. Please refer to the attached screenshot for visual reference.
• Additionally, when attempting to "Edit with Elementor" for the model portfolio, it returns a string of errors, accompanied by a single large image. Again, a screenshot has been attached for your reference.
2. PHP 8.1 Update:
• Upon updating to PHP 8.1, a warning message is displayed on the backend of our WordPress dashboard, specifically related to the magic method OCDIOneClickDemoImport::__wakeup(). The warning states that the method must have public visibility. This occurs in the file located at /home/phindil1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/neuron-builder/core/demo-importer/inc/OneClickDemoImport.php on line 130.
• The project portfolio grid at https://phindile.africa/portfolio/model-portflio/ appears as a blank page, with the images missing. Please see the attached screenshot for clarity.
• Additionally, when attempting to "Edit with Elementor" for the model portfolio, it results in a series of errors along with a single large image. A screenshot has been attached for your convenience.

eme utilizes a different builder, and its workflow differs from that of the Otivar theme. By creating a new ticket, we will be able to provide you with the specific assistance you require.

It appears that instead of addressing my ticket, you have responded to @phaakon, who is not the individual who initiated this ticket.
@phaakon, I kindly ask that you please submit a separate ticket for your own request rather than using this ticket, as Neuron is currently addressing your inquiry instead of mine.
@thephidevelopment We've already done several tests and the theme is fully compatible with the PHP 8+ version, please make sure that you're running the latest versions of WordPress, Elementor, and the Neuron Builder plugin.
I suggest you install a fresh copy of the Neuron Builder plugin and check it again.
I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
