I purchased a template theme from Neuron on Envato Market, and it's giving me the following error: 'Enable the Neuron Builder License Verification through Envato, the verification will unlock various features of the theme.' This is absurd because I purchased and downloaded your theme, but it doesn't include Neuron as a plugin or theme. Do not as me to provide wp-admin access to fix that, as that should have been included in the package along with your other plugins. I'm not obligated to share sensitive information like wp-admin with you. I bought this theme from Envato Market, and I'm requesting a refund. It's not functioning as it should, and it's a significant waste of time for someone as busy as myself. I want my refund as soon as possible because it's not as promised.

The theme requires the Elementor and Neuron Builder plugins to run, so you have to install them via the Theme Wizard or by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins, after you install the plugins, you can activate the license of the Neuron Builder plugin.

The video you provided explains the process after installing Neuron, which I had already checked before reaching out. I have also read comments from other people who have complained about the same issue, and you offered them a solution involving wp-admin. However, I do not want to pursue that option. First and foremost, you should have mentioned in the description on Envato Market that one needs to download an external plugin that is not included in the package.Secondly, THE THEME IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. As you can see in the attachment, images, icons, and pricing tables are not showing up. I want a refund. Please initiate this process. Your theme is not working as it should, and I have wasted enough time.

I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
