    Hi,

First time working with this theme, and I'm having a few issues.

    • Following your documentation, after finish the import process, all resources were installed duplicated (x3). I've three for each resource (pages, portfolio items, multimedia, products, etc.).
    • The main page that was trying to use as reference, is slider home, however the slides never were imported, I can't find the slides. (During the theme installation I selected to  install slider revolution)
    • The look and feel of the pages are different from the demo, seems that something is broken. Attached you can see the Minimal home page, where the buttons are different, in the right corner the menu icon is missing, the text is overlapping with the content.

I'm just starting and I'm not having a good experience.

Can you please help me to understanding what is happening?

    Thanks

    Eduardo

Hi again, anyone that can help me on this?

At least give me some inputs that can help me to understand what is missing to have a different look and feel of some of demo sample pages.

Or share with me the missing resources, like slides.

    Thanks

    Hi,

It seems that the demo wasn't imported correctly, can I reset your site and re-import the demo data, but notice that after the reset, everything will be deleted.

Is there any page that you've created that you don't want to lose because after the reset everything will be deleted? If you have any, please attach the URL here so I can save it on my device and then import it also.

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Eduardo Costa,

I understand that you're experiencing issues with your WordPress site running on localhost. I recommend using the WP Reset plugin to reset your site and resolve the problem. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

    1. Make sure you have the WP Reset plugin installed and activated on your WordPress installation. If not, go to the WordPress dashboard, click on "Plugins," then "Add New," and search for "WP Reset." Install and activate the plugin.
    2. Once the plugin is activated, you'll find it in the WordPress dashboard menu. Look for "WP Reset," usually located near the bottom of the menu.
    3. Before proceeding, it's crucial to understand that resetting a WordPress site will delete all data, including posts, pages, customizations, and plugins. If you have any important content or settings you want to keep, make sure to back up your site.
    4. Click on "WP Reset" in the WordPress dashboard menu. This will take you to the plugin's settings page.
    5. On the WP Reset settings page, carefully read any warning messages or instructions displayed. It's essential to understand the consequences of resetting your site.
    6. Look for a button or link that says something like "Reset Site" or "Reset WordPress." Click on it to initiate the reset process.
    7. Depending on the size of your site, the reset process may take a few moments. Once it's complete, your WordPress site will be reset to its default settings.

Remember, resetting your site will delete all data, so ensure you have a backup if you want to retain any important content or settings.

After you reset your site, please go to Dashboard > Tools > WordPress Importer > Run Importer and import the XML file I've attached, so you'll be importing the demo data manually just to make sure it will be as in the demo presentation.

I  understand that encountering issues and having to troubleshoot them on your own can be frustrating and time-consuming. I genuinely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. It was not my intention to put this responsibility solely on your shoulders, and I regret any difficulties it may have caused.

Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind Regards
