I have a problem activating my theme. As I generate and paste the Envato API token on License verification field and I press "Save changes" button, nothing happens. It just reloads the page in about 1-2 seconds, without errors or changes. The API key is saved on the field but the theme isn't activated.
I have only Elementor plugin installed and activated other than Neuron builder. My server is on php 8.0.28, but I tried even 7.4 without success. I have 256M memory limit, max exec. time of 400, post and upload max size of 16M.

I followed the video tutorial. In the API key page the result is the same if I click on Activate Neuron Builder button. The page just reloads in the same state after 1 second. It doesn't resolve on the "Status: Active" box as it does on the video.
I tried to save a random string instead of the correct API key to check if it returns an error. I get the "Failed to query total number of items in API response Unauthorized" error, so it seems to correctly communicate.
We use some functions which connect directly with Envato API to see if the user made the purchase or not, we know it's exhausting, we're working on something easier which would activate it directly from your dashboard.
The reason why it didn't work is that other permissions were chosen as well, there should be only 3 and not others. (I'm sorry about this one too, it's the Envato API that requests this)
After clicking the link to generate the API key these 3 options are preselected, so it's hard to make it wrong. I didn't select any other option and I checked it was correct. I also tried to make a new one manually, selecting only the 3 options manually, but the result is always the same. I don't see any related error in my server logs, it seems like there isn't any communication, but if I put a wrong key it returns an error.
I guess I'll have to ask a refund if the problem won't be solved, as make the website we designed, based on your theme, without the demo content and theme settings is pretty hard.
Can you please make sure that you're running the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
yes I'm running the last version of everything, wordpress, elementor, theme and plugin included. I reinstalled anyway the version you linked me (1.0.4.4) and the result is always the same.
