    Hi, I recently purchase the wordpress theme. When I enter Envato API Key to license activation place, nothing happens.

    Hi,

    I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.

    PHP Recommendations

    Memory Size: memory_limit = 256M
Script execution time: max_execution_time = 400
Number of input variables: max_input_vars = 4000

    If you don’t have access to the php.ini file, you can add the following values in your .htaccess file:

    php_value max_execution_time 400
php_value memory_limit 256M
php_value upload_max_filesize 10M

    Be careful using these settings, some hosting companies don’t allow users to change PHP settings, if you experience any problem after making these changes, please revert these in your .htaccess file, using your FTP client.

    Hello, is there any update with my problem? 

    Fonts, colors and Animations are not like in the Preview. Sizes of the texts are also very irrelevant.

    We've released an update on the Neuron Builder plugin that will fix the issue.

    I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.

    Hi Thank you but, it is still not fixed. maybe you fixed some certain elements, but overall it is still not proper. Please see the attachments.

    Slider in the home page has still problem. It shouldn't go over the headline and sub-headline. It should only move in its container. 

    Slider portfolio page has problem as well. It is not like in the original preview.

    Logos are not showing in the homepage. I checked them they are in the Elementor, but not visible when the page is live. 

    If you think reinstalling will fix it all, let's do it. but please let's fix everything. I don't want to start to build before I know everything works properly. 

    And please let's fix it.

    Hi,

    1) The pages won't be displayed in the Interactive Post widget if they don't have any featured images added, you can add the featured image by going to Dashboard > Pages > Edit Pages >Featured Image (https://prnt.sc/PvBhXeS5e3ul).

    2) Can you please attach the URL of the page that has the issue, so I can take a look at it, I've just tested it on a Sample Page and it worked alright.

    Hi, maybe css' are installed badly. Preview and published don't match also. I am keep having troubles with this theme. If we cannot solve it I need to return it. I am not able to get the result I expected.

    Hi,

    Could you please fix the root of problem? Please let's solve it totally so I won't bother you anymore and I will be able to work. I feel like support is not paying enough attention. I asked 2 times already. Page looks different in published mode compared to editing mode. How am I supposed to design it if It will different when it is published? also video overlay is still problematic. I cannot extend the size of video, When I add another video there is still the same problem.

    Hi, Is there a way to reorder the pages? The order of my selection doesn't reflect there, also last updated page doesn't go up for example. Could you tell me how can I reorder the pages please?

    I've installed the following plugin "Post Types Order" and with that plugin, you can change the order of the pages on the dashboard by using the arrows or drag&drop and the changes of the order will appear on the homepage also.
