I have been having constant probs w your theme. You sent me the images for the bitfrost web template back in March. We need to recreate the web because there has been too many crashes and bugs with the current theme. WE have a new installation of Word press, the theme and the plug ins, the PHP has been set up correctly. The current image .xml file that you installed will not load on the new WP site.
I have a file called Bifrost with Images.zip I have unzipped it tried to load into the media folder and it gives me a pop up window saying
"“Bifrost with Images.xml” has failed to upload. Sorry, you are not allowed to upload this file type."
I am assuming you put a time limit on the files? Can you please resend the files so I can upload? I have been dealing w issues non stop w this theme. I asked for a refund but things started to kind of work but now we are having issues again!!!
Please help get this done THIS WEEK. We are losing so much time.
UPDATE: I was able to load the images by saving the files from the original WP media files to the desktop & we have uploaded them to the new WP admin portal - thanks to the WP designers that I am paying to help w this project.
No need to resend files- we are ok.
To all bitfrost customers: save the images to desktop by clicking on each photo in media library / save to a new desktop folder and then one can upload images again!
