I am unable to install the Amina theme, I have checked compatibility and have changed my wordpress base version to 6.0.3
When going through the guided installation the theme does not install the neuron builder plugin. When manually installing the plugin from the downloaded files It gives me version 1.0.2 of the neuron builder plugin, I cannot find anywhere to update to the latest version, however, from your change logs it appears a 1.0.6 version exists
When activating the plugin, wordpress encounters a fatal error
I found the link to get the latest version of neuron builder, now I am unable to license it. When I select activate neuron builder, I receive the following message
"Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."
If i try to activate neuronbuilder through the theme setup menu, I receive the following. I have the evanto plugin installed and activated
License Verification
Enable the Neuron Builder License Verfication through Envato,
the verification will unlock various features of the theme.
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
In the online video there is a "license" option in the Neuron menu in wordpress, this does not exist for me. Please advise how to resolve this, the installation so far has been very buggy.
Hmmm, before I was in PHP 7.2 and when I installed the neuron pluging everything crash. Now I'm on PHP version 8.0, It's installed but the lateral menu doesn't appear... Maybe you have to continue to the same way (I don't know, i'm not an expert but no more crash for me now)
I have the same problem. First i was not able to activate the license so i tried to reinstall the neuron builder plugin. Now i get a fatal error which crashes my site when i try to activate the neuron builder plugin...
Please provide a solution for this as soon as possible.
I wouldn't hold much hope @jessikritzlerei I still don't have resolve on this. They took my wordpress admin login details 2 days ago, however, support has been unresponsive. I've been trying to install this theme for days now.
Sounds like they have a big problem with their plugin and are trying to keep in underwraps while they fix it. I'm going to try and get a refund and use a different theme if I don't hear from them today, maybe try my luck getting support on the evanto platform.

and @jessikritzlerei, can you please create a new ticket, so we can take a look at the issue at your site, but first, make sure you're running the latest version of the plugin, I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.

There is the same problem for me. Maybe is the PHP ? I don't know. What version of PHP have you on your website ?
I'm currently on php version 7.4. @neuron team. Any feedback on this?
