I have no idea what this means or what to do next. Neuron Builder appears to be installed in my plugins list, but doesn't appear in my sidebar so I can't follow any of your help articles or video tutorials which all require me to take action in the Neuron panel that I don't have.
The plugins were activated but still not working properly. Some further investigation showed it to be a problem with outdated PHP, and updating has resolved my problem.

Please ensure you have both Neuron Builder and Elementor plugins activated before proceeding with license activation.
