I purchase the the very as a very first or one of the first people, but after the good reviews of previous themes from your hands I assume, everything will be just fine. After installation after I tried turn on a theme I saw few pop ups about fatal error. I cannot switch to pervious theme I used, everything was all white, no info & content was shown. I do a quick backup (fortunately) cause after I reach to my hosting support they tell me some of the *.php files or some configuration assets was overwritten and they caused damage. Had to configure and clear on my Wordpress files and setup my page from scratch. I did not use your theme ever since this actions and I request for a refund through Envato. 

Hi, i nedd to rescue what happen to the page immediately. So I have to make kind of hard reset. I reach Envato (cause ticket page did not support this theme) and have no response for weeks so I have to make it right till then.
