After installing the theme I tried to activate it and now the page does not work, I cannot acces admin dashboard and everything seems broken. Please help. I am running Wordpress 6.1.1.

So after not recieving a reply before business day end I manually backed up what could be done through FTP, deleted everything, did a clean instal of Wordpress 6.1.1 and installed the theme with succes. After clicking on Activate, another error and the site is unusable again. Are you serious? I paid for a premium theme expecting a functional solution, instead I have spent the last 8 hours trying to fix this mess, unsuccesfully. My site is gone (yes, my problem I did not back-up), it is unreachable by my clients at the moment and your support is unresponsive.

It's the same problem for me, the theme cannot be activated, i tried all, installation with wordpress, with filezila and FTP, clean all, install Wordpress 6.1.1. There is no place to put the token code to activate the license so it doesn't work at all, my website doesn't work anymore, im on it since 3 day, i want to be pay back if the problem is not solve quickly!
