Hello, I am writing to ask some questions about the upload of the Asteria theme and the neuron builder.
I list the steps I have followed:
1. Upload the asteria theme zip to 'themes'
2. Upload the child theme zip to 'themes'.
3. Activate the child theme.
4. Upload the neuron plugin zip to 'plugins'. The first time it gave me an error and broke the web so I deleted it via FTP and uploaded it again.
5. Upload the 'asteria' zip inside the plugins folder to 'plugins', but it gives me an error because WordPress says there is no plugin to unzip.
5. ERROR I can't activate the neuron license. We have created the required token from the link and pasted the key but it has given me all kinds of errors. So I can't activate the license. I attach an image of the token created.
6. ERROR The Asteria theme is activated but I can't see the installed template. Is it because you have to activate neuron first and then import the demo? In the download file, inside 'demo-importer' I try to open 'content.xml' but the file gives an error on line 26 of column 1.
Have I followed the steps wrong? Is there a step by step installation guide?
