    Hello, one click import fails on openlitespeed server (am using cyberpanel), returns error 403 in auto import and error 400 when trying manually to import content.xml file

    *update: import has problem also on different server: Serverpilot

    please advise, need to setup theme as soon as possible
    otherwise I would like a refund

    Hello, issue is not solved, from server side there is no problem, have installed many themes without a problem,

    I would like to have a refund issued, since I needed one-click import as described in themeforest,
