i've installed the wordpress plugin and followed the setup instructions in your website, but at the third step, i dont have any inputbox to insert the license:

Please make sure you've installed the Neuron Builder and Elementor plugins, and then you'll have the Neuron options in the dashboard, you can find the plugins by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Install plugins.
I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.

i've checked the video but im missing the tab section of Neuron. this is what i have
if i click to "theme setup" I go to the setup section as below
