On trying to install the theme I got repeated error messages stating that the theme wasn't able to be installed and to contact my hosting provider. My hosts are brilliant and really helpful, they advised it was a coding issue. I found someone else who had similar issues and had been offered a refund in a ticket I've linked to in the 'related URL' on this submission.
I submitted a ticket for a refund on the 25th January but haven't heard anything since other than via the ticket I found and by commenting on someone else's ticket. Neuron haven't acknowledged my original refund request or communicated with me other than to say it is under review. Please can you resolve this and issue a refund.
