For all our Neuron themes especially those that are made via the Neuron Builder, we don't have custom theme options that usually can be found at Appearance > Customize. We don't have these options because our theme can be completely managed from Elementor. If you wish to assign a header to your site, with Neuron Core in this case, you must create the template and then go to Appearance > Customize to assign it to your website. But with Neuron Builder you can simply assign it from Elementor Template Display Conditions, and so on. The entire documentation is based on the capabilities of Neuron Builder. All the features included in this documentation are attributed to the powers of Neuron Builder.
When you first install the theme, you have to install its required plugins and activate the license, can you please take a look at the following video tutorial on how to activate the License?
After you activate the license, you can continue to import the pre-made demo pages by going to Dashboard > Neuron > Demo Importer.
You can take a look at the Documentation of the theme, and also at the Video Tutorials, where you'll find anything you need to know on working with the Neuron Builder and Archzilla Theme.
