I just bought Asteria theme and followed the tutorial available on your youtube channel "How to install any Neuron theme via wordpress".
Sadly, once installing the theme I was only proposed to install Elementor & WooCommerce, no check box for Neuron Builder + no licence activation field.
Could you please provide me the latest version of Neuron builder ?
For your information I won"t be able to provide you access to the admin panel of my site.
I do not have lot of time ahead and need to quickly start working, it looks like that this a common problem so if no answer is provided quickly I will have to ask for a refund as other people already have done it based on older posts.
The tutorials on youtube are for themes in general and not specifically for the Asteria theme, as all Asteraia demo pages are grouped in the Main Demo that you've imported.
If you want, you can provide me with your wp-admin and I'll take a look at the pages that are not working correctly and I'll fix them.
But if you have already decided not to use the theme, we'll accept a refund for sure.

I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.

I was able to successfully install Neuron, but :
- Got errors when importing the "MainDemo" (Only one Main demo is available, not what is shown in your tutorial video)
- Some pages are not correctly working
I don't have more time to spend on making this theme work correctly.
I want to deactivate my license and get a refund (I've made a request on themeforest.net).
