1) Can you please be more specific about this issue, as I can't fully understand you?
2) You need to show on the first portfolio page at least one project from each category, you can try to change the order on the page, there will be projects from different categories, and the categories will be shown in the filter.
3) I saw that you've asked for the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin on the ThemeForest comments area, so I've attached the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, install it by going to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.

2. Damn I need to show all my categories in filter. Like in WooCommerce store: you have all product categories visible on shop page, not only categories from products that are visible at the moment.

1. switching pages on home page posts doesn't change posts. Page goes up but posts stays the same.
